When everyone is there for baby, I’m there for you.

Virtual support for new parents and partners, from home, on a schedule that works around your baby.

Bringing a baby home can be full of love and, at the same time, full of exhaustion, worry and moments that feel nothing like you imagined. Many parents feel they should be grateful and happy, and then feel guilty when they're not.

You're not failing, and you're not alone. Struggling after having a baby is common, and it's not a reflection of how much you love your child. Support can help.

You might be

  • Feeling anxious, on edge, or unable to switch off, even when your baby is sleeping.

  • Feeling low, tearful, numb, or disconnected from yourself or your baby.

  • Having intrusive or frightening thoughts that you're afraid to say out loud.

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the changes to your body, identity, work or relationships.

  • Processing a difficult or traumatic birth, or a stay in the NICU.

  • Noticing more conflict or distance with your partner since the baby arrived.

  • Struggling with feeding, sleep deprivation, or pressure to "bounce back".

  • A partner, adoptive parent or non-birthing parent who is struggling too.

How Therapy Can Help

Perinatal Mental Health Certified

Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, so the support you receive during pregnancy and postpartum is grounded in specialized, evidence-based training.

Sessions are virtual, so there's no need to arrange childcare or leave the house. Your baby is welcome to be with you, and we can pause whenever they need you.
